DELIVERY TERMS
The order will be processed within 1 working day from receipt; we ship in Italy, by express courier with delivery within 3 working days depending on the destination area, except islands.
The cost of shipping is € 9.80 for orders less than 89.00 €, above this amount shipping is free
RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Return policy
On WineJoy.it by Italian Drinks Special Beers srl , you can easly return goods making use of the right of withdrawal as provided by Legislative Decree 6th September 2005, n.206. 206.
Note: the right of withdrawal may not be exercised by customers buying with his/her own VAT number.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt. The communication may also be sent by e-mail within the same period, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours. In order for your return to be accepted the goods must be intact and properly packaged to guarantee not damage can occur during the transportation. The refund, equivalent to the amount of the product and the original delivery costs, is received by the customer within 14 days from the time of the cancellation of the purchase contract. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer to the same bank account of the same Customer who performed the original transaction. The shipping costs are borne by the customer. WineJoy.it by Italian Drinks Special Beerssrl has the right not to accept damaged or broken goods.
WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is regulated by law : the customer-consumer (ie a natural person, who buys the goods for purposes not related to his activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT reference in the order form), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt, sending a communication to WineJoy.it by Italian Drinks Special Beers srl. This communication has to be sent by REGISTERED MAIL with return receipt addressed to:

The return of any item will be accepted, provided it is intact and in the original packaging, refunding the entire amount excluding the shipping costs that remain to be borne by the customer (as required by the relevant law).
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
