When Lella and I decided to create this column, we realized that it was necessary to create a contact between the wine producer and the consumer, that it was necessary to make speaking who every day must observe the nature with competence and love because, basically, who better than the winemaker can talk about his wine, his creature?

At the same time we thought that there was also a need for Masters who could make their knowledge available to try to make it clear in such a vast area where everyone feels entitled to say their opinion based on the “hearsay” or maybe after tasting just a few glasses of wine at the fair of porchetta.

At Winejoy, through this column, we are committed to research authoritative sources that can clarify concepts based on studies and concrete experiences.
