Everything starts from us, from our degree of quality recognition… from the knowledge of the procedures that are the basis of the production of a wine, how it is transformed, how it is preserved and of everything that does not lead to what we call “a good wine”.

This way the productions that treat wine as a by-product would no longer make sense to exist, and we will find a market made by demanding consumers and not by people who delegate the choice of wine to guides, journalists, sommeliers who give scores, glasses and several other symbols based on a final product that lacks a piece, perhaps the most important… what for us is inseparable from the quality of a wine: Nature.

This is why in the world of wine we agreed with the definition of “natural” not because wine is made by itself, it seems obvious that it would not be possible, but precisely because it is linked to the concept of “nature” understood as the place where life is born, the same that the producer keeps from the vineyard to the glass, a concept of harmony not only between the various natural components but between these and man.

Since wine has become a planetary product, critics, associations, producers, oenologists, and so on and so forth, who have pursued the path of “control”, the easiest way… In short, the one without a hitch. Suffice it to say that they have invented oenological products that allow fermentation also for rotten grapes, wines that are widely appreciated by consumers who obviously do not ask too many questions.

Also the tasting should be checked with parameters already established to give a final score to the wine, and as if it were not enough the technical language has replaced the beauty of the Italian language as a means for the story, as a means to know each other…

But wine has a lot to say, starting from who produces it, from who works the land and has to face the climatic trend of that vintage with all the risks of the case, because let’s not forget that making wine is the result of an annual adventure, that it takes a frost to destroy an entire crop or a disease of the vines… in short, wine is the sum of many variables and precisely in these differences lies its infinite beauty.

Who makes natural wine chooses the most tortuous way, renouncing invasive interventions that the law allows him, because the most important virtue of who makes wine is honesty, therefore the duty of every consumer is to demand the quality of an honest producer.
