Man and Nature
The Man-Nature relationship tells a story of conflict and integration, which places its roots in the appearance of man on Earth. Intelligence, extraordinary adaptability and industriousness have allowed Man to manage the hostility of Nature. We can only imagine the wonder of our ancestors in discovering the possibility of cultivating the fruits that spontaneously Nature offered.
The word ‘cultivate’ shares its etymology with culture, that is, the ability to pass on to subsequent generations the baggage of material and immaterial culture, which has allowed Man to survive and evolve. Man discovered that from that branch, which Nature spontaneously offered, it was possible to obtain a divine drink, as the ancient Greeks said, by which alleviate the hardships of the day and that, like all natural species, could be cultivated.
The story of Man tells us about the hard victories of mankind against the powerful and often hostile Nature, which offers its fruits to Man so that he can make good use of them.
Man realizes that Nature, as ‘SHE’ generously gives, can suddenly take away and that it is necessary to dialogue with ‘Her’, so that ‘She’ can help and not oppose. But Man in his race towards civilization believed he could do without Nature, from which every life had its beginning and end.
It has been about 7000 years since the first trace of cultivation of vitis vinifera, man has built roads, cities, factories, by which he has modified Nature, thinking with arrogance to be able to do without.
The 21st century represents the return to what has generated us: the century of Nature.
The man of the 21st century has understood that he must humbly return to the discovery of the laws that govern Nature, just as our ancestors did. If we know how to question, Nature offers us her secrets of life.
This is what our growers of natural wines do: they try to understand how natural laws work to obtain a product that is the result of an active collaboration between Man and Nature.

Artificial and natural
As natural wine growers, we use natural means to exclude the use of artificial substances, usually used by the grower to improve the taste and preservation of the product, that, as all natural elements, tends to deteriorate quite quickly. To do this we use the wealth of knowledge handed down to us by our farmers, our experience in the field and science.
A science that studies the laws of Nature to be exploited in order to use natural substances and means of cultivation.

Knowledge and responsibility
For this new ancient method of cultivationto progress we need a sense of responsibility of the winemaker, who is born from the awareness of the goodness of his work, so we are willing to work hard, which puts in honesty and knowledge the deterrent to escape any speculative shortcut.
Our winemaker feels part of an ecosystem to be respected and defended, in which his activity is recognized for its virtuous behaviour.
The mission of all of us, winemakers and natural wine merchants, is to introduce the buyer to the new philosophy of life, which lies behind the cultivation with natural systems.
The end user of our product is not an uncritical and inexperienced consumer to attract, but a person aware of the environmental problems of our time, someone to make known the natural cultivation method, for whose quality he is willing to spend a fair and fair price, to protect the health of our own and the Planet in which we are guests.
