Wine produced from Trebbiano grapes in Certaldo, harvested in mid-September with fermentation and aging in amphora. Minimal doses of sulfur dioxide ( less than 20 mg / lt) make this white wine suitable for long conversations at the table. The wine is pleasant and easy to drink. Serve at 8 / 10 ºC.
La Ginestra is a winery that makes natural wines since 2012, and since its creation, we decided not to intervene in an invasive way neither in the vineyard and nor in the cellar to respect our land and therefore who will choose to buy our wines.
The Winery is part of a larger company that not only produces wine but also cereals, legumes and olives. We breed pigs, cows, bees and run a small farm all this in a total area of about 90 hectares.
We are a group of different families, currently in the company there are 9 members and, we personally take care of the earth and keep its life.… this is not only our work but is a real mission
