1928

The great grandfather Sante and his 3 sons, to try to revive the family economy, undertook the first production of Lambrusco wine with the grapes of their vineyards, building the tanks in reinforced concrete still preserved in the old aging cellar of the company

1929

Unfortunately, the crisis of ’29 forced to sell the farm and then work with tenants

1970

The Love for their own Land rewards the determination and the sacrifices of the sons, in particular of Grandpa Bruno that with his wife Rina and the young Sante manage to regain their farm. These were the years when the Sylvoz vineyards replaced the elm trees. In addition to the Care of the Vine rooted in the family, to contribute to the expenses Sante began his experience in the Cantina Sociale di Campegine.

2009

Thanks to the precious teachings of the previous winemaker Ettore Migli and the 40 vintages carried out, Sante learns the art of making wine that gives him satisfaction as a bestower member but above all as Cantiniere.

2011

The cellar is closed. But as always, an end implies a NEW BEGINNING

Ferretti Vini is our bet of YOUNG SISTERS. Our future is the original project of great-grandfather Ferretti, founded on the great experience and teachings that our father Sante has transmitted to us. Denise followed a specialized training in oenology, Elisa brings her experience and her enthusiasm in the new adventure of Ferretti Family.

Ours is a family business..
You will find us in Case Cocconi, a hamlet of Campegine on the border between the provinces of Parma and Reggio Emilia. This area is a particularly fertile plain since ancient times thanks to the presence of the resurgences.
Our farm covers an area of 7 Ha, 3 of which are cultivated in vineyards, while the remaining are left to stable lawn.
In recent years we have started a process of expansion and conversion of vineyards that has brought the current production to 140 quintals, gradually increasing thanks to the entry into production of younger vineyards.

AL SCUR 2019

Impenetrable purple red colour and a generous foam. On the nose vinosity is perceived and fruity notes of cherries and red fruits, which however with a long aging evolve into more spicy notes fruity cherries and red fruits, which however with a long aging evolve into more spicy notes. Even on the palate the full taste immediately more fruity tends over time to become more tannic and persistent.

Ideal with the most traditional dishes of our Reggio cuisine such as capelletti, cotechino, roasts and boiled meats. Serve at about 10 ºC.

AL CER 2019

strawberry, berries and blueberry, floral notes of rose, which with time evolve into hints of aging bread crust. The palate reflects the smell with a fresh, fruity and persistent taste, then evolves over time into elegant toasted notes of almond bitterness, thanks to the alcoholic note and tannin.
Perfect as an aperitif, with cold cuts and fried dumplings, but also with intense flavors such as blue cheeses and marinated eel. Serve at about 10 ºC.

CAVERIOL ROS 2019

Intense purple colour and abundant and persistent foam. The nose is interesting and particular with light fruity notes surrounded by spicy and animal scents such as laurel and leather. The palate is well structured, thanks to the aging of at least 9 months on the lees, with flavours of almond and cinchona, which evolve over time leaving a spicy and tannic finish that gives it an excellent drinkability.
Perfect with the most structured dishes of Reggio’s cuisine such as game or pappardelle with wild boar sauce. Serve at 14-15 ºC.

FERRETTI VINI
AL BIOND 2020

Intense yellow colour with orange notes according to the time of evolution in the bottle; fine and quite persistent bubbles. The nose has a minimal aromatic note of Malvasia that is lost during aging leaving room for tertiary aromas. On the palate there is a dry and full wine, with subtle tannins and a slightly bitter finish that makes it refreshing and stimulates the drink.

Perfect with seafood meal or white meat. Also excellent as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.

NINA 2018

This Spumante Metodo Classico is a brilliant intense rosé wine with red reflections and fine bubbles. The aroma has notes of ripe strawberry, berries and blueberry, floral notes of rose, which with time evolve into hints of ripening bread crust. The palate reflects the smell with a fresh, fruity and persistent taste, then evolve over time into elegant toasted notes of almond bitterness, thanks to the alcoholic note and tannin.

Perfect as an aperitif, with cold cuts and fried dumplings, but also with intense flavors such as blue cheeses and marinated eel. Serve at about 10 ºC.

STROPEL BIANC 2020

Straw yellow colour with intense foam and fine and persistent bubbles. The aroma of Malvasia and Muscat prevail with floral and fruity notes of peach and pear, notes of acacia honey and citrus of grapefruit that evolve with time into notes of yeast. In the mouth there is a dry and full wine, with a nice freshness and a light savory note that entices to drink, a nice bitter and persistent finish.

Suitable as an aperitif, with seafood, cold cuts and white meats. Also excellent with simple desserts such as cakes and tarts. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.

FERRETTI VINI
L’AMABIL 2020

Garnet red colour, abundant and persistent foam. On the nose an elegant vertical scent with floral notes of rose and small red fruits. The palate leaves the mouth full with a slight taste sweet but not cloying, contrasted by a bitter note and a finish that tends to dry. Soft tannin cleans and dries the palate..

Perfect to drink in company not necessarily to meal, thanks to its particular delicate note. Serve at about 10 ºC.
